Well tomorrow @ 7AM I am going to start my first half marathon.  It is here locally so at least I don't have to drive anywhere afterwards.  I have been main lining water and fruit smoothies all day today and had a hearty pasta dinner (crab-stuffed ravioli) so I think I'm good to go.  Only problem is that it is going to be about 37 degrees and I am going to be wearing shorts and a long sleeve running shirt.  Man, I hope it warms up quick!  I ran 4.2 miles yesterday and laid off today.  I have been tracking my time through my Nike+ Ipod contraption that learns my stride and gives me a reading from a wireless chip attached to my shoe.  Its pretty cool, but I'm not taking the tunes with me tomorrow.  I have a feeling it will work out better.

Well, i'm out.  Off to the races!
